Dosaka – Taste of South began in February 2019 with a simple vision: to bring the authentic taste of South India to Rajasthan. Inspired by the bustling streets of Chennai and the serene backwaters of Kerala, we celebrate dishes from all four southern states — time-honoured recipes, creative fusion, a contemporary room and sustainable practices.
A father-son vision.
Mr. Anil Sharma came from a pharmaceutical background and entered the restaurant world in 2019. His out-of-the-box thinking, discipline and values became the building blocks of Dosaka. Together with Mr. Yugansh Sharma, he shaped a brand that pairs operational care with a fresh, contemporary expression of South India.
